Preserving our language for the children of the future.
Ojibwe Family
There are several dedicated individuals that have worked for many years in the developement of Anishinaabe language courses and materials. Anishinaabemodaa.com supports these individuals and thanks them for the gifts that they offer.
With a concerted effort we can reverse the effects of language loss in the Anishinaabe culture.
The contributors found on this page have created comprehensive language programs that assist in the preservation, education and revitalization of the Anishinaabe language. The work they have produced is a vital part of the Anishinaabe language revitalization effort.
If you can Dream it. You can Do It!
We are posting an open call for materials that will help in teaching the Anishinaabe language.
We invite you to submit your work for presentation on this site. If you have material that you would like to offer on this site please contact us for our online submission form. The material posted will receive proper credits and a detailed page including an outline of the individual presenting the material.
Our most recent endeavor includes negotiations with Basil Johnston as exclusive publisher and distribution representative for his language course. |
